About Dr. Allen
Josiah Allen, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacogenomics expert with over 15 years of experience across health systems, industry, and academia. He was part of the team that created GeneSight, one of the leading pharmacogenomic testing platforms. He has also served in operational and executive leadership roles at Mayo Clinic and OneOme. He currently leads PGx implementation at St. Elizabeth Healthcare and directs a PGY2 Clinical Pharmacogenomics Residency. As founder of Medigenics Consulting, he advises labs and health systems on panel development, clinical reporting, decision support, and implementation strategy. He also holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Minnesota and the University of Cincinnati and has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications.
