His background combines frontline health-system execution with commercial laboratory innovation. As an early leader behind GeneSight® and later as Director of Medical Affairs at OneOme, he drove clinical trial design, panel curation, report usability, and medical education. Currently leading precision medicine and residency training for a multi-hospital health system, he has launched specialized PGx clinics and built enterprise-wide Epic CDS systems with over 100 point-of-care alerts across oncology, psychiatry, and primary care.
